Caroline was driving her van one day with her husband Robert in the front seat. They were hit from behind quite hard and then struck the vehicle in front of them. Robert was taken to the hospital with various injuries including a fractured spine. He also had a number of pre-existing health issues.

Adam went to his friend’s house to attend a Fourth of July party with his girlfriend. One of the guests of the party had constructed a pyrotechnic device which was going to be lit off during the party. Another party guest lit the device off which shattered and a piece of flying metal severed the lower part of Adam’s arm.

Ron was riding his bike one weekend afternoon with his local bicycle club. Several bicycles had proceeded through an intersection when a car went through a stop sign and hit Ron, knocking him to the ground. Ron had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital as he had sustained numerous injuries.

Our client was attacked by the neighbor’s dog while on the neighbor’s property with her classmate. The insurance company representing the homeowner argued that our client’s daughter was told not to come on the property and that the dog would bite but despite these warnings, she came onto the property anyway.

In this premise’s liability case, Sumnari was working for her friend doing landscaping work at a third-party’s house. The hatchway on the back deck was opened and our client was to do weeding underneath the deck. Without any notice, the hatchway door fell on her head and fractured her vertebrae.

Gerald was involved in a serious truck accident. Gerald was a sophisticated businessman and decided he would attempt to resolve his case without the assistance of a lawyer. Gerald had several significant surgical procedures in the past which predated this accident so the insurance company told him they were not willing to pay him much money given the fact that he was already seriously injured.

Kathy and her husband went to the beach one day. He stopped the van to allow his wife to take items out of the back. He heard the van door closed and did not see that his wife was still next to the van when he backed up and ran over her leg. Needless to say, this was a very difficult case.

After exiting the restaurant, he walked across the parking lot to go to his car when he slipped and fell on the icy parking lot that resulted from the thawing and refreezing of melted snow. John suffered a significant injury to his leg.

Karen was out walking her dog one day in the local park. Another unleashed dog came running around the path and went to jump on Karen’s leashed dog, thereby knocking her to the ground. As a result of the fall, Karen sustained a fractured knee and had to undergo surgery.

Jennifer parked in front of an ice cream stand. She was getting her grandchildren out of her van to enjoy a delicious treat when a car veered off the main road and slammed into the van. Jennifer and her grandchildren received a variety of injuries and were taken to the hospital. They got extremely lucky as their injuries could have been far more severe.

Early one morning, Tom left the condominium he was renting to go to work. It was approximately 5 AM- before the maintenance crew came to sand the parking lot. There also happened to be a blackout in the area during that week. As he was walking to his truck, Tom slipped on ice, fell, and broke his leg. He was transported to the hospital where he had surgery that involved inserting rods and screws into his leg.

John was on his way to a physical therapy appointment for a prior injury when he was struck while walking across the parking lot by a car. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital and then was in a convalescent care facility. John had a very good recovery.

Linda and her son were returning to her home one day when a car coming in the opposite direction turned in front of their truck and instantly killed her teenage son. Our office got involved immediately, filed appearances in the criminal case against the other driver, and our private investigator stayed in constant contact with the state police and we appeared at all major court hearings involving the person that caused the accident.

Brian, an elderly man, was getting into the back of his son’s car and his son thought his Father was completely inside the vehicle when he began to drive away. Brian fell out of the vehicle and sustained a serious head injury. Brian was taken to the area hospital where he was treated and then later released.

Derek was riding his motorcycle when the car in front of him came to a sudden stop. He went to pass the vehicle in front of him by going in the breakdown lane on the right. A car was making a left-hand turn from the opposite direction that struck Derek’s motorcycle. The investigating police officer found Derek to be at fault because the car in front of him had waived the oncoming vehicle on. Our client was unable to be interviewed because he was in the hospital.
