Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family of Michelina Abbate, 69, who died early Saturday from injuries sustained in the accident near the Country Diner in Redding on Route 7. Redding Police Chief Douglas Fuchs stated that the accident, currently under investigation, was a three- car motor vehicle crash on Route 7 which occurred Friday, Aug. 17, at about 3:35 p.m. Initial reports indicate that Ms. Abbate, who was travelling southbound on Route 7, was struck head-on by a northbound vehicle, which had crossed into the southbound lane.

SUV and RV Accident in Winnipeg, CT Send Four to the Hospital

Fatal East Haven CT Bike Accident When Van Collides with Bicyclist- A male bicyclist was killed in East Haven CT when a van struck him while riding his bicycle. The cyclist was revived on scene and taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, where the seriousness of his CT bike accident injuries eventually took his life.
