A three car accident on Madison Avenue in Bridgeport, CT resulted in one person being hospitalized. The accident occurred this past Friday night at approximately 9:30pm.
A Bridgeport police officer came upon the crash while driving down Madison Avenue near Truman Street. Apparently, one of the vehicles came to rest in the side of a box truck that had been parked on the side of the road. Another vehicle was pushed onto the sidewalk.
A man and a woman were evaluated at the scene, but did not require to be taken to the hospital.
One of the people involved, who was injured, was transported to St. Vincent‘s Medical Center.
The Bridgeport Fire Department was called to the accident site. The case remains under investigation.
