Plainfield CT Pedestrian Accident Investigated By Police

The Connecticut Post reports that a Plainfield CT pedestrian accident is being investigate by police. They are continuing to investigate a pedestrian accident which left a pedestrian with serious injuries. According to police, 61-year-old Catherine Kerr was crossing the street near All Hollows church when she was hit by a pickup truck driven by 69-year-old James Gudeahn of Moosup, CT. Police say that the pedestrian was leaving church and was walking back to her car at the time she was struck by the pickup truck.

As a result of this pedestrian accident, police say that Kerr was transported to Backus Hospital with serious injuries and was then flown to Hartford Hospital. Anyone with information about the accident is encouraged to contact the Plainfield, Connecticut Police Department.
