Linda’s Story 

Linda and her son were returning to her home one day when a car coming in the opposite direction turned in front of their truck and instantly killed her teenage son. Our office got involved immediately, filed appearances in the criminal case against the other driver, and our private investigator stayed in constant contact with the state police and we appeared at all major court hearings involving the person that caused the accident.

We were able to obtain the maximum amount of insurance coverage, accessing a number of policies, for the estate of Linda’s son. These are the worst possible cases to handle because of the incredibly tragic nature of this type of accident.
