The Story

Our client was attacked by the neighbor’s dog while on the neighbor’s property with her classmate. The insurance company representing the homeowner argued that our client’s daughter was told not to come on the property and that the dog would bite but despite these warnings, she came onto the property anyway.

We were able to convince the homeowner’s insurance carrier of the fact that their insured was strictly liable for our client’s injuries and damages. In addition to the significant dog bite injury, she also had to be treated for a serious infection that resulted from the dog bite.

We were able to obtain a substantial amount of money for our client’s dog bite injury.
