Richard P. Hastings, a partner with the law firm of Hastings, Cohan & Walsh, LLP was inducted into the Million Dollar Associates Forum which is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers, in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of US attorneys are members.

Attorney Hastings has also been trained as a mediator at the Center for Mediation in Law and Harvard School and has received advanced negotiation training at Harvard Law School. He is the author of the books: “The Crash Course on Personal Injury Claims in Connecticut,” “The Crash Course on Child Injury Claims,” and “The Crash Course on Motorcycle Accidents.” He has written four books on subjects ranging from personal injury law to Connecticut DUI to marketing professional services as well as other legal topics.
